These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between:
- The company Zwei French in Berlin, organizer of treasure hunts in the city of Berlin.
- The customer (or player), a natural or legal person wishing to benefit from the services offered, either for themselves or for third parties.
- The participant(s), natural or legal persons taking part in the services organized by the company.
By booking and participating in the services organized by Zwei French in Berlin, the customer unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this document. These conditions take precedence over any other terms not explicitly recognized by Zwei French in Berlin.
Zwei French in Berlin reserves the right to modify its terms at any time. In such cases, the terms applicable will be those in effect at the time of booking or signing the offer.
The company Zwei French in Berlin, a GbR with a capital of XXX €, registered at Achtrutenberg 24, 13125 Berlin, organizes treasure hunts throughout Berlin during its operating hours.
On the day of the booking, the player must arrive at the designated starting point independently. This information is provided at the time of reservation. Delays will not be accommodated.
At the meeting point, the required game materials will be provided to the player who made the booking. This equipment, specifically designed for the game, allows players to follow the course of their investigation autonomously. As they move through the city, they will solve various puzzles, all linked to the proposed scenario. Through observation and logical deduction, players will progress through the game.
An integrated hint system is included in the provided material, enabling players to move forward without external assistance.
Players have three hours to complete the “Nefertiti Affair” scenario.
The game is available in three languages: German, English, and French.
The services offered by Zwei French in Berlin are open to individuals over the age of 18. Minors may participate under the supervision of their guardian or legal representative.

Zwei French in Berlin provides specific operating days and hours. Participants may book their session via the online booking system for available dates and times.
The player guarantees the accuracy of the information provided, including:
- The number of participating players
- The number of BVG transport tickets required
For an optimal experience, we recommend a team size of 2 to 5 players for the “Nefertiti Affair” scenario.
The player confirms their booking, which becomes valid after online payment via a secure payment platform.
Players may request the deletion of their personal data. This request can be made via email at (business email).

Once the payment is confirmed, the applicant will receive a booking confirmation, which must be presented on the day of the event. This ticket may be printed or shown digitally.
Zwei French in Berlin reserves the right to request ID verification at check-in and may retain the document as a security deposit during the event.

All prices include applicable taxes.
Zwei French in Berlin reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the service will be charged based on the rate applicable at the time of booking.
Payment data is not stored by Zwei French in Berlin.
Players must verify that their booking confirmation is correct. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of booking. No complaints will be accepted after the service has been provided.
The player must also ensure that they received their ticket via email and notify Zwei French in Berlin if they do not receive it. Zwei French in Berlin is not responsible if the player cannot attend due to failure to report a missing ticket.
The applicant agrees to notify Zwei French in Berlin in case of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled game time.
No refunds will be granted once the game has begun.
If the event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control, the event will be rescheduled or refunded, without giving rise to any claims for damages from the participant.
The organizer will endeavor to inform participants of any cancellations before the event begins. If a valid phone number was provided, the applicant may be contacted via email or phone.
No refunds will be issued for interruptions, shortened sessions, or missed bookings for any reason. Lost or unpresented tickets will not be reimbursed. A late arrival or no-show is considered a cancellation and does not qualify for a refund.
Zwei French in Berlin provides rain ponchos or umbrellas in case of rain. However, in extreme weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, flooding, strong winds), the event may be postponed, canceled, or refunded.
If severe weather disrupts gameplay before 1 hour and 30 minutes have elapsed, the event may be rescheduled or refunded.
Zwei French in Berlin is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred by participants during the event. Each participant is responsible for their own actions. The organizer can be contacted at a dedicated phone number provided before the event.
All provided materials remain the property of Zwei French in Berlin and must be returned at the end of the game. Failure to return materials may result in legal action.
Participation in Zwei French in Berlin games implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In case of a dispute, the parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, the case will be handled by the competent courts under German law.
Zwei French in Berlin is committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal data and guarantees that this information will not be shared with third parties.
All materials, treasure hunts, and puzzles are the intellectual property of Zwei French in Berlin. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of game content (including riddles) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Publishing images or videos revealing game content on social media is strictly forbidden.
By participating, players implicitly grant permission for their image to be used in event-related photos or videos. If a participant does not wish to appear in such materials, they must submit a written request via email or a signed document before the event begins.
Private events are available upon request. Interested parties must fill out a custom quote request via our website (insert link).
Any requested modifications to an accepted quote must be sent via email at least 72 hours before the event.
Gift cards can be purchased online (see website link).
The recipient must enter their details and accept these terms. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
